ULC Bosses Accused of Soliciting for bribes from Compensation claimants.

The prohibited Chairperson of Uganda Lands Commission-ULC Beatrice Byenkya Nyakayisiki has been blamed for requesting pay-offs from recipients of Land pay prior to handling their property pay expenses.

This was brought to the consideration of COSASE by one of the recipients of the dubious 10.6bn valuable financial plan for land remuneration Geoffrey Mugisa whom Nyakayisiki had marked a phantom while showing up before COSASE as of late

One of the recipients of the questionable 10.6bn strengthening financial plan for land Claimants Geoffrey Mugisa whom the Uganda Land Commission Chairperson Beatrice Byenkya Nyakayisiki had pronounced an apparition petitioner, has showed up before the parliamentary panel of Commissions Statutory Authorities and State Enterprises today and blamed the prohibited executive for ULC Nyakayisiki of marking him a phantom in the wake of declining to stretch out pay off to her.

Other recipients, including Kasiya Rwabukurukuru (6.4bn) , Yasika Rwakana( 125.3m), Stephen Naggenda (1.06bn) and Julius Busuulwa (1.4bn) censured the board of trustees meeting. COSASE Family has stretched out request to the group of Yosiya Rwabukurukuru to show up before the board

Meanwhile, COSASE has kept in touch with UPDF requesting them to deliver Barbra Imaryo who is blamed for approving unlawful land remunerations while as yet filling in as the ULC secretary.

The board learned with shock that Imaryo escaped the country after COSASE endorsed a warrant of arrest.
