Popular media personality Betty Kyallo has issued a warning to women about Body By Design, a Nairobi cosmetic clinic, following reports of multiple deaths linked to surgeries there. The clinic gained public attention after Lucy Wambui, wife of Valley Road Motors CEO Francis Nganga, passed away due to complications from a botched procedure.

Kyallo alleges that unqualified doctors operate at the clinic, putting patients’ lives at serious risk. She disclosed that Wambui suffered a severe injury during her surgery, where her intestines were accidentally punctured, leading to an internal infection. Despite intensive care, Wambui tragically passed away.

Kyallo’s revelation has sparked public concern, urging authorities to investigate safety practices at cosmetic clinics across the country.
